I have 5 years experience and have a 2 year Associate's Degree in related field, but I only make $26,000/yr. Does that sound like fair compensation? Interesting that you make almost double with 1/4 the education.

Can't complain too much though because there aren't many other jobs available in my field around me, so I will take what I can get at the moment until I can afford to quit and go back to school for accounting.
