an associates degree, once you get out you have to go through the same process as someone who has a four month degree. In this career its the experience that gets you where you want to be. You cannot possibly learn "real transcription" until you get out there and work at it.

I commend you for your two year degree but just keep working and the time and experience will eventually build allowing you to demand more money. Lack of real experience is why you are being offered lower wages. Get some more experience with EVERY WORK TYPE you can. That is what counts in this biz!
