A cut throat is someone who underbids. I have never done that. I do have my own accounts. I probably work for less than I really should, but you know what? I like this profession enough to have some respect for myself. If you think for one minute that being a cut throat is going to get you places, then go right ahead. What a sore loser you are! Too bad you can't just understand the fact that some people are better at this than others. It's a known fact.
