Does anyone know anything about MS?

For the past 3 weeks I have had symptoms of extreme fatigue, chronic headaches, twitching muscles, itchy skin, and very low concentration.  So, being an MT I have become a little bit of a worry wart listening to doc's all day long talk about patient's symptoms, diseases, etc.  I know that my symptoms are also symptoms of MS.  I am only 28 and freaked out that I have something bad.  I am also stressed out to the max from just buying a house and my husband quiting his job to take over a business.  I hope that it is just stress-related but I just wanted to know if anyone has MS or knows anything about it.
