It is very scary! It is scary to think that the docs will be entering this information and it is very scary to think RNs will be entering the information. Neither of the two can speak, spell or even use correct grammar. What a nightmare!!!!! Has anyone ever been to a physician using EMR? It is horrible! You feel like they aren't listening to you, they don't look at you, they are ONLY worried about what they are putting in the computer! This is terrible for patients!
