KKS, I hope you've read Kate's posts because what she's saying is so true. 

My daughter-in-law is in real estate and I assure you she doesn't just work during the day.  That poor girl is all over the map all of the time.

From reading your posts, it sounds like you really are unprepared and unrealistic but I wish you the best.

Just do your homework before making the jump or you're going to wish you did I'm afraid.
