As long as you know you'll be giving blood, are expected to give blood, both from your Realtor and from your buyers/sellers, and are prepared to give blood, then get the needles and the buckets out, roll up your sleeve and go to work. You can make a killing in real estate, but like I said, it's a 24/7 job. You'll see exactly what I mean when you get in the thick of it.
The secret is learn everything you can in school - do your research in in the market - pick a farming area - list, list, list and then list some more - don't be intimated by the other agents - always do right and be honest to your your home sellers and buyers - but expect little-to-no loyalty from them in return. That's the name of the game, as well as getting skin thick as leather, the patience of an elephant, and money in the bank to float you when first starting out........
