Maybe you could talk to the new buyers of your house (sm)
to see if they wouldn't mind this cat hanging around. It is possible he will miss his old environment and as long as he will continue to be taken care of in the neighborhood he will be happy. I realize it is safer for them to be indoors though. It's hard to totally domesticate a feral cat, but it can be done, and I commend you for having him neutered. I have a friend who lived in an apartment and fed all of the feral cats that roamed the complex. Little by little she caught each one and had them fixed. When she bought a house for herself she took them all with her and made them all indoor cats.
Please add me to your list of hopeful buyers...sm
you may contact me by email if you wish. If you could provide a brief list of your terms, as well, I would appreciate it. I am truly interested and I have the finances to purchase.

The whole economy is on paper with nothing backing it anymore.  If banks stop lending, who will buy?
