how do you fix fried tofu? sm
never had it and kind of afraid of it. Is it good?
I served it with biscuits and veggies.
Made the broth gravy and so it went well with the biscuits.
Spicy hot kung Pao chick with stir fried vegetables from the garden.
Onions, zucchini, oriental peas, bok choi, carrots, jalapenos, and dried Thai Dragon pepper flakes.  Plus, some storebought broccoli, fresh garlic, water chestnuts, baby corn, celery, and red pepper.  Served over organic jasmine rice.
Tofu turkey
Yes, Im a vegetarian.  I usually make vegetables and potatoes, yams, etc., for Thanksgiving.  Made a tofu turkey a few years ago and it was delicious.  One year I bought Worthington Farms fake turkey slices and made some vegetarian gravy and we had *turkey* sandwiches, home made potato chips.  I have been a vegetarian for 31 years, since I was a teenager.
yes, i served.
It definitely gave me a whole new perspective on the process. I am a person who is strong on principals and was disturbed by how "soft" many jurors were. Also disturbed that the judge refused to provide further information asked for. It was what should probably have been a short 1-2 day case, but it took 5. Can only imagine the stress involved in a serious case. I would do it again, but out of a sense of duty, as it certainly was not fun.
Have you been served with papers
If you were served with papers, I would definitely seek the aid of an attorney.  If not, then don't worry.  If someone else you know has, the best advice to give is to see an attorney for legal advice as we are not attorneys.  She might be doing this so she doesn't have to pay the back due wages.   Go onto People's Court.  Good luck.  But if you have been served papers, don't wait do something about it.
.....served up in a dirty ashtray....

When someone says the pie you served is "exquisite" and in my mind

I briefly think that is a bad thing.

When I first started in this field and heard that word used to descirbe pain....it blew me away.  (Still cannot understand the concpt of exquisite pain!! )

A party is about getting together, not what food is served! :-)
I say to make whatever food you feel comfortable with and encourage others to bring covered dishes to add variety. I have found those types of get togethers the most fun. Easy food, music, pool, games for the kids, whatever. Good luck! :-)
I think you wanted to stir the pot
You wouldn't be celebrating the "holiday" if it weren't for the birth of Christ, why celebrate at all if you want to leave the "religion" out of it since that is the reason for the holiday.  I think that you wanted to "stir" things up otherwise you would just be observing quietly and not making a fuss about what your bliefs are or are not.
To the Geez: You just want it all served on a silver platter, don't you!.
Can't you figure out the rest by yourself? Obvious not! The rest depends on the Window system, do you get it?

And I was not talking to you!

You know what you are? Two things: One is lazy, the other starts with s and ends with d, that's you!
no this is eeeekkkkkk let me stir up some trouble. hehehe.
trust me. CEO just called me to see what i thought about the sale. i approved and it's a done deal.
Sorry, you are wrong and just trying to stir up trouble. Shoooo!!! nm

not out to stir the pot or gain brownie points
Okay, I'll tell. I work for an MTSO that is known for its standard of hiring only the best of the best MTs. The only feedback I get is for the exceptionally good work I do and the raises it earns.

I just think the OP is conflicted...trying to "set" us all straight while s/he studies to move out of this profession and still projects that the rest of us should care about it - as if anyone who has been in this business has not kept up with the changes; where it used to be, where it is now and where it is heading.

I do my part through the work I produce. My work ethic would hold true whether I produce reports or greet people at Wal-Mart. I have nothing to prove or need the attention as it seems the OP does.

Again, this is a waste of bandwidth.
Raw Veggies & Dip! sm
I love Hidden Valley Dip that comes in a packet as a dry mix and you add it to sour cream. I use low fat sour cream. This is a healthy snack for everyone and those dieting particularly appreciate it. I then cut up broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and baby carrots. I soak all my veggies overnight in a big dish of water and drain them well the next day as it makes them taste even better when they are crispier.
pickin veggies
squash casserole, twice baked potatoes, cucumber and tomato salad
Spheris can't AFFORD MQ. I doubt it is TRUE and someone is bored and trying to stir
Good job.
Stop trying to stir up trouble. Goldbird is a moderator and retired MT. She and
Busy MTing are two different people.
Yummy grilled veggies
Take green peppers, red peppers, onion, squash, zucchini, asparagus, tomatos and slice them in thick, big slices.  Marinade in sun dried tomato and basil salad dressing for a few hours with some garlic and salt and pepper.  Then put straight on the grill and cook them.  Very good.
Posts are up for grabs. Private message is not. You would only post publicly to what, stir SM
something up? If you had an honest question, the proper thing to do would have been to ask the question privately. Otherwise, you look like you are trying to rile people up when you already know how everybody feels.
"Pop." As in the color popped, the veggies just pop. nm

my TV volume got fried during a storm. My company has told all of us that if we fry our computers during a storm, we have to replace them. I can't afford that. I wouldn't risk it.
those whole roasted chickens or fried chicken parts
you buy in grocery store are chickens that the sale dates is very close to expiring, so they cook them and avoid throwing them away. I like my meat a little fresher than on the border of rotting time.
