I bought tofu one time, brought it home and didn't know how to cook it, so it stayed in my refrigerator till I threw it out. I love to try new things, and yours sounds good. Do you get the tofu like in a chunk in the produce section of supermarket? It's been awhile. P.S. I can't wait to see the recipe section at Christmas time!!
