At least at the rate you got paid, you were able to pay for gas, have food to eat, and from what I understand, even got your uniform (clothes) paid for. Heck, for 3cpl, you MIGHT be able to buy a .99 cent burger at Wendys once a week. This sort of acceptance makes me sick!
