Sounds like it might be easy to stick to.   Did losing that much weight that fast cause loose skin like you see on the plastic surgery show on the Discovery Health channel?

It's a lot cheaper and tastes way better. Same premise as Medifast and Optifast. You can go all liquid diet if you want or do 5 shakes a day, snack bar/salad lunch and a meat/veg. dinner (lean and green). The website is liquiddiet.com -- I have not been determined enough as yet to stick to it, but just had a colonoscopy and had to fast for 24 hours and really did not have any trouble with that, so I think I can now bite the bullet myself and shoot to lose the 70-80 pounds I need to shed!
Medifast vs gastric bypass
I've done both. All the weight returned when I eventually went of Medifast. And because I was not able to change my eating habits after gastric bypass, I have regained almost all the weight I lost again (100 pounds). However, I have seen results from both. It is hard to keep the weight off or maintain it once you start eating food again.

I worked for a physician who specialized in the MediFast program. The initial results were good, but the patients had a very hard time maintaining it and gained some back.
