My normal line count is 300+ ph. I average around 350 lph, on a really good day 400 lph. My not liking the job has nothing to do with how productive I am. It's my job, and I do it efficiently, and most of the time, if the software isn't screwing up, I'm done in 4-5 hours, and then I'll usually work extra hours.
It's not just me having the problem. We use Dictaphone and it's always kicking me off and it won't let me log back in, or it slows stuff so slowly. Many members on my team are having the exact same issue, so it is not on my end. I've already had DP re-installed, got a new laptop and desktop (I needed some new comps anyways!) and I still have the issues. My internet is stable. It's just the software. FORTUNATELY, the company does recognize this as an issue and they really do try to fix it. However, 5 cpl for VR work or 7 cpl for text is just really low. Just like another poster said, I have to double my workload to make a decent paycheck.
