mtmom works at the same company that I do, and I know her as a close MT friend. I showed her this post for possible wonderful tips and insight. I can verify that both of us are not just surfing the net dilly-dallying around all day. We're both busting our butts, but then we get kicked off the system and can't log back in, or the reports are downloading too slow (which is a team-wide issue... it's not on our end and the company has verified that).
