Why havent you been on the phone daily with Wells Fargo? You can't leave a modification up to them-do you know how many people are asking for modifications? Do you want to lose your house? Seems like you didn't even fight to keep it. Its not too late, call them and find out what is happening with your modification and keep calling them until you have an answer.
