MT Facing foreclosure question

Due to my ARM going up to almost 1000.00 on my house and my income plummeting due to lack of work I am facing foreclosure.  I have not been able to make a payment since November when I last talked to Wells Fargo about a modification.  They have not tried to reach me via phone or mail, just my usual bill, but it did state foreclosure preparation had begun.   I have not received a formal letter yet asking me to vacate the premises.  My question is, how long after they send the letter do they allow you to move out, or will they send me a formal letter or will the sherriff show up at my doorsteps putting me out?

Foreclosure?
You don't know if your lender is foreclosing? Have you missed payments or given reasons for the lender to foreclose? Why in the world don't you know your own financial situation??
foreclosure
I heard on TV the other evening where some gutsy lady was demanding to see the mortgage. Since hers had been farmed out, they could not produce it and therefore could not make her move - for how long they did not know.

I pray something will happen to forstall this action. Don't give up. We are all in trouble these days.
home loan foreclosure (sm)
does anyone know the protocol for a home foreclosure.  I believe my lender may be foreclosing, (it is a by owner sale, the lender is a person, not a company) but we have not been notified of anything.  Does anyone happen to know how this process works?  Should we have received something either in the mail or brought by the sheriff to our home?
I tilt the keyboard away from me, like it's partly facing
A number of MTs in my office do that, and with the wrists supported, and the keyboard slightly tilted away from you, it seems to increase speed.

You never know, though. Everybody has their own comfort level.
It's facing reality. And YES - I've already left the field and glad I did.
I'm not waiting until the bottom falls out and there's nothing but unemployment or mall jobs. Nope.
