I totally agree about the QA situation with MTSO companies. My confidence in my ability to transcribe has been severely compromised by these people who swallow a camel and gag on a gnat. I have transcribed for 15 years. I have worked in hospitals and clinics but once I started working for this MTSO, things totally changed. These people can make you or break you as a Transcriptionist and what a shame that is while our so called counterparts in other countries wallow in our misfortune.
