and Amen to everything you just said.  I spend way too much time checking and double checking things so on the rare occasion that I have plenty of work to do my line count sucks because I am wasting too much time second guessing myself-and then I still get it back!  The feedback is always different-I will have a QA correct me one day and then when I change it, I will get it back the next day telling me to do it the way I did it originally!  I SOOOO hear you!
