I work for a national oncology company, am paid .12 cents for 55 character line and have pretty easy docs.  I have my own docs I type every day.  I type for another hospital I get paid .0825 gross line, type lots of OPs and they have it set up to make lines on those OPs.  I type for another small company at .10 cents, small clinics, same docs.  Point is you have to find the best company out there for you.  If you want insurance that is another story but yet again find one that pays well for your experience accepting no less than .09 cents for them and no less than .10 from a service with no benefits, period.  And, of course, work at least 8 hours a day for at least 5 days, period.  There are too many companies to work for with your experience to accept .08 cents.  Puuleez don't do it.
