My company said the VR/SR vendors go to the hospitals to train the docs how to use the system, so somebody knows who's doing what. My company keeps saying the bad reports are because docs ignore their training or they weren't trained well in the first place. I have quite a few reports where SR gets the dictating docs' names wrong all the time! Same old passing the buck.
