If you have the same doctor(s) and the dictation is formatted the same all the time, like office letters, etc., it is very possible.

I have done up to 1200 lines an hour with doctor office "stuff", same letter format, same templated information, changes here and there......I did the same docs for 10 years. I knew what they were going to say before they even said it.

So, yes it is possible....
