okay, I think we have ran this in the ground and hurt enough feelings. Lets choose another topic. I am in GA and it is roughly 90 degrees but has cooled off some.

Give me any season that the temperature is

75 or below all the time and I love it. I don't like hot weather and can stand the cold much better. After all, I can always put on enough clothes to stay warm but I can't necessarily take off enough (not legally, anyway, LOL) to get cool.

What temperature do you normally cook your fish at. I find sometimes that in the oven the fish seems

to have a lot of or water coming out and it doesnt get done nicely. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
