The Betty Crocker Cookbook I have has a good recipe, comes out exactly like my mother's of year's ago. I thought I would never smell that smell again! Have to follow the recipe almost exactly, and let cook long enough, yummy.

Betty Crocker

Yes, the creams are the same, however, if you have seen the Betty Crocker Chicken Marsala dinner (in the pasta aisle), give it a shot.  It has the wine and everything you need in the box minus the chicken.  I'm not one for prepacked dinners, and this one has a few steps, but wow is it delicious!

Scalloped potatoes do not have cheese
in them so if you want cheese, look for au gratin potatoe recipe.
Does anyone have a good recipe for scalloped potatoes?

I googled it and got a few, but I know the best cooks are on this board.  Any recipes that are easy?  I've never made them from scratch before.

Thanks
