I think you have a wonderful perspective. Like I said, my kids go to my best friends house 2 days a week. She has 4 kids that are all close in age with my kids, and 2 other kids come to her house also.

I do think it is important for kids to get out and play with other kids, however, I just feel more comfortable having my best friend, someone I know and trust, supervise them instead of someone who is working for $7 an hour for a paycheck
