IMHO,


If you are leaving for personal reasons, I might reference them briefly.


If you are leaving because of your job itself, I probably would not say anything.   They probably already know why, at least your direct supervisors.


I think it is best is to just keep it short and sweet, and professional.   If they care, they'll ask.
