If a person is innocent, and that person is picked up, tortured and held for 6+ years with no trial, exactly what should be done with that person?  Should that person just be held indefinitely because they were at the wrong place at the wrong time?  Should we keep them locked up because they're ticked off about it?  What's your solution?

BTW, whether they were christians or not has absolutely nothing to do with anything.
