Why don't we just cut out the middle man and directly hand over the USA to bin Laden on a silver platter?

As Bush is famous for saying, If you're not with us, you're against us.  It's become obvious Bush is now against us.

Another old saying holds particularly true in this case:  Money is the root of all evil.

The UAE now claims to be loyal to us.  Has it ever occurred to you that there are people in this world with such strict, maniacal religious convictions that they would lie, deceive, steal, kill or commit any other sin in order to advance those convictions?  You need look no further than the good ole' USA (or even these boards) to find that!

Is American security REALLY worth taking that kind of chance with?

However, I guess you think they're just people spouting an opposing view.  If your theory about number doctoring is remotely true then why can't somebody doctor the numbers for Air America?  Of course, the liberals probably think there is a conspiracy against them (like they do everything else), so I won't waste my breath arguing that what you think is hate and strong language is actually people who are fed up with the ideology that is far left wing liberalism.  There are very few far left liberal citzens in America. Of there are regions where it's problem but most people are in the middle of the two extremes.  Most people believe in traditional American values and actually love their country and mostly trust government.  Both extremes don't trust their government at all.  There is a difference between trust and blind trust.  To blindly trust anyone is foolhardy, but to be so paranoid of any person in power who doesn't share your entire ideology is little on the derranged side.  I'm not saying anyone who doesn't support GWB is derranged. I'm just saying there are some extreme wackos out there who are obsessed with this president and believe he's the incarnation of Satan which is not true.

Anyway, I don't think you can dismiss the popular media outlets in this country.  What's popular is popular for a reason, and just because some of us feel that Fox News is more balanced and tune into Rush Limbaugh from noon to three doesn't make us haters.
