Clinton tried to have him killed on several occasions, icluding CIA hits.  When Clinton left office there was extensive info about Al-Qaeda and bin Ladin.  Clinton actually formed the first anti-terrorism watch -- check your history.  All this info was passed on to the Bush admin.  The Bush admin did absolutely nothing with this info (stayed inactive for 8-9 months) and actually demoted the main person in charge of it. 

Please try to stick to the facts.
