Dictated: 'Patient was in his usual state of good health until six weeks PTA when he developed progressive weakness and ??po-stay or pa-state?? paresthesias of the lower extremities.'


This is a patient with transfusion acquired AIDS-related complex.  Doctor is Japanese.

There is Epivir, but this is a drug used for AIDS or HIV

Don't know what diagnoses this patient has, most of the drugs that end in "ivir" are AIDS/HIV drug related medications. If the patient does not have this, that will eliminate a lot of looking.
