Don't know what diagnoses this patient has, most of the drugs that end in "ivir" are AIDS/HIV drug related medications. If the patient does not have this, that will eliminate a lot of looking.

metatarsus adductus angle, and intermetatarsal angle.  You probably already knew that, and it probably doesn't help decipher what your doc really means.

He is 93 years old and has psoriasis.  Don't know if that's even pertinent.
