In the proximal ascending colon, about 5-10 cm distal to the ileocecal valve, there is an abnormality of 1 of the s/l "house sparing" with surface ulceration, induration and granulation at the base suggestive of early cancer.

This is the third report I've done and all 3 times I keep hearing the same thing but can't find this. After the patient is brought to the OR and placed in lateral position, appropriate _____ were placed. It s/l he is saying myotoimes or monotomes are placed. I'm thinking it may be ? drains. I am just stumped on this one and any help will be appreciated.
