They tap the bottom of the heel, and if it causes pain in the abdomen, then the patient most likely has appendicitis. Don't know why....

I saw her in the office for followup of her S/L: SEE MITH left toe ulcer.

The examination to the stomach did reveal an antral gastritis. There was an AV malformation noted in the mid stomach or a s/l doo-la-foise ulcer. It clearly was probably responsible for her recent bleeding.
