Although I do not have the stool for C. difficile, I certainly have the note from the doctor.  We had a long discussion about C. difficile.  She has tried (multi week tapering courses before).....

We have a lot of Asian patients in this practice and it is probably what he was dictating. That's what I like about this business - you learn something new EVERY day!
