thing that comes to my mind is phacoemulsification. The doc dictating this is so old and slurs so much that he should probably be retired. Any ideas anyone?
I found articles pertaining to LH levels done in the elderly to check pituitary hormones etc.

This has been a tricky one for me.  Newborn female, Vater or VACTERL anomaly.  In the physical exam the doctor is saying "imperforate anus, only single opening at the" what sounds like cranium  "which is the vaginal opening"  I have found a lot of web sites, but nothing that says the cranium as being an opening.  I'm stumped!

For the migraine headaches, the patient is going to continue on the Elavil 50 mg. However she was concerned about breast feeding. The information available does show that it does cross into the breast milk, however in very small doses. Pediatric calcification is that there is potential toxicity.


Last sentence is what ASR spit out, problem is that is what it sounds like, and I'm flummoxed!!!! Help!
