Subject: patient will be recommended for full ___ disability.

Deconditioning.  Due to the patient’s disability she will be recommended for full _______ disability.  This letter has been written and faxed today.

I cannot hear what the doctor is saying, she is slurring the word.  She is not saying "status or benefits".

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Subject: Social Security disability determination...sm

Social Security is a proper name and is always capitalized as such, but disability is not part of an official program name. The other proper name associated with SS is Supplemental Security Income (SSI), which is the proper name of a program administered by Social Security. (Don't ya just love government stuff?) ;)

I have an extremely difficult dictator with a thick accent.  Sound like:  "Full" lesion of actinic keratosis.  Is there some other word that starts with an F that precedes lesion commonly because I am not sure if that is what he is saying?
