Can someone give info on Precyse VRs?

I have done ASRs before with Transcend and with Transcend it would have been faster retyping the report. I would like some current info on what it is like working on Precyse ASRs?  Thanks...

Can someone give me information on Precyse Solutions...sm
I would like any and all information regarding Precyse Solutions...I know they are Employee Status.  But could you tell me about their pay, cost of health insurance, etc.  Thanks.
Precyse Info

Good company, easy platform to use and learn.  The scheduling is individualized.  I work a split schedule, my choice, and I love it.  Their benefits are also very good.  No complaints on this end after 3+ years.  I do think at this point they are looking to hire 2nd and 3rd shifts, but I am not positive about that.  They do take their QA seriously, not picking on you for stupid things, but do expect you to produce high quality work..a company who still appreciates quality over quantity. I'v worked for other nationals and this one fits me extremely well.  No complaints.  Good Luck!

Precyse Info
What do you need to know?  Each MT has to find a good company fit and Precyse is mine, this after 20+ years in the profession.  No company is perfect, don't get me wrong, but I like my pay, my schedule, the benefits I have (do not carry health care, but do carry dental, vision, disability), PTO account, and most of all the fact that I have been working on the same 2 accounts...yes 2 accounts...for the past 3+ years.  How rare is that in this business?!?
Precyse Info
I have to agree with the other post about lack of getting back to you via Email or IM, but I also have to say that is my only complaint.  I always have work, but I also work a split shift (my choice).  The rest is true about good benefits, PTO and on time pay.  It's obvious that they expect you to be independent and responsible---which is what I live for, I hate a supervisor calling me, nagging me, or simply annoying me.  Let me do my job, do it well and leave me alone.  If you need hand holding, you will not get it with Precyse.  Works for me and I love the company, plan to stay as long as it exists....which in this profession you always have to have your antenna up!

Do they offer direct deposit?  Any problems with pay?  How do they handle holidays?

Direct Deposit--Yes

Problems with pay--After 4 years, always correct and on time.

Holidays--varies per manager, they ask for volunteers first because there are always MTs who really enjoy that time and a half.  I would rather be with my family personally.  I do usually offer a couple of hours if they need me, but they seldom do.

I've read that they have a unique PTO plan.  Do you like it?

PTO plan--LOVE IT, LOVE IT.  You save money without even realizing it.  The more you type, the more you put into the account.  It's great.  You can use it for cash, time off, or anything you want.

I'm assuming since they use Webcorrect, you don't get paid for the demographic stuff, but is the line rate based on a 65-character line with spaces?

Yes; demos are already there when you log on.  If you have to look anything up, it takes little to no time at all (a rare thing from what I have experienced with other companies.

Hope this helps.

Info on Precyse

Interesting that the post below did not take the job, but has an opinion about the company.  At any rate, the Webcorrect program is one of the easiest programs I have used with an easy to use expander.  Rate of pay and benefits are good, on time, and easy to obtain bi-weekly bonus.  You need to be an independent worker that does their job, keeps your schedule, and has good QA.

On the other side of the coin, the post is correct about difficulty getting a response from managers, and if you are looking for a M-F job (and the recruiter told you that you could have one), I'm sure the manager will tell you that is not the case.  Work fluctuates like any other national, but I have personally not be out of work with my accounts.

Personally, this company works for me.  Each MT has their own wants and needs.

Looking for info from Precyse Rad MTs. TIA nm

Precyse info
Precyse is an awesome company with a great PTO plan. They have a very user-friendly typing platform and really seem to care about their MTs. I left there only to take management job.
Precyse Info
Above post not exactly accurate. Yes, we do have ASR and 40% of the workload has been switched to ASR. I transcribe and do ASR. I would love to do all transcription, but I would be sticking my head in the sand if I didn't cross train since ASR is the way all companies are going. It makes the company money, not so much the MT, but it is reality. The company is a good one, but be clear about what you want and expect.
Precyse Info
Loved Precyse, then they switched most of the accounts to ASR. If you are interested in that, the ASR pay is better than other companies. Overall good experience, but reality dictates that we have to accept that ASR is here to stay. I will stay with this company as they have been good to me, just hard to teach an old dog new tricks!
Precyse Info

Love my job at Precyse.  Happy with pay and accounts.  Happy with my schedule.  Same Primary/Secondary accounts for years, no problem with having work.  Been with the company several years.  That said, you need to be able to work without someone holding your hand.  You need to be prepared to go to VR.  Communication at times can be difficult.   Just being honest.

Precyse Info
Good place to work, but you must be willing to take on VR and transcription, the only way to guarantee work and good accounts. I've been with them 5+ years and never plan to leave.
Precyse QA, any info?

I am looking for information on Precyse QA?  Hourly or production, flexible, etc.

Thanks.

Info on Precyse

Hi!  I work for Precyse and do ASR and love it. It has been very productive for me and the platform is very user friendly. Worked for another company where I did ASR and I feel they are very compatible. Go for it!!!

Precyse good or bad and info?
I am wanting to know about Precyse, good or bad as far as communication, supervisors, training, and platforms.  Information regarding radiology would be appreciated.  If their platform is anything like their test, I like it.
Any info on Precyse Transcription? nm

Any info on Precyse Solutions? sm
Have an interview with them.  Is their health plan affordable?  Do they pay well?  Is the interview/testing hard...it is rather lengthy from what I hear.  Thanks....Sounds good from what I hear though.
Precyse Current Info
I am an Editor for Precyse.  I have been with the company for several years now and do ot plan on going anywhere else.  Insurance is based on 40 hour workweek, meeting line quota for the time period.  Yes, a small percentage of the work is sent overseas, but that is per client preference.  We have plenty of work to go around, and new business heading our way on an almost monthyly basis right now.  QA feedback is full of hints and tips to new MTs, not just fill in the blanks.  I have seen some complaints about MTs not making enough $$ to survive at all of the transcription companies - wonder if it occurs to them that they are not very good, or not willing to go the extra mile and offer to work on a different account that has late work?  A good MT will not only succeed at Precyse, but thrive.
Any RECENT info on Webmedx or Precyse? nm

Any RECENT info on Webmedx or Precyse?
Yes, Webmedx is wonderful to work for, I thoroughly enjoyed my tenure there. I retired but would go back at the snap of fingers if I need to ! The admin staff is wonderful - especially the HR Director VC!
Precyse info. Only found 2004..
2005 on Search.  Any latest info on pay, platform, benefits, etc.?  Sounds like they offer a lot.  Good/bad appreciated as always.  THANKS!
Precyse Solutions - Any Current Info?

Any current information regarding Precyse Solutions?  Good, bad, and ugly would all be appreciated.   Question line rate, ESL's, amount of work, etc.

TIA

Precyse Solutions - need current info please

Platform, pay, VR, M-F schedule?  Many thanks

Not really, if anyone has info, they give SM
an answer.  If no one knows, the post doesn't get a reply.
Could you give me any info on
Transcend.  I am so glad to hear a positive post about a company.  As I said, I am starting very soon, am very excited about a change of pace.  I was getting kind of bored and their pay incentive looks excellent.  They are also sending me the computer, everything.  Thanks for something positive on this mostly negative board.
Please someone give me as much info as possible on MDI-FL..sm
I am torn between them and another company that I have a job offer with.  I was quoted a rate on their insurance and the quote was comparable to everyone else.  I was wondering if you ran out of work, easily could meet your production, and if the program was not too hard.  I have been an MT for many years.  I just would like some information on them as I don't want to make the wrong decision.  TIA!
Could you give us some more info?
Nice to find somebody who actually works for them.  You said you work part-time - about how many hours a week?  About how much per hour can you make and what are the line rates like?  I heard you have to buy expensive equipment.  Is that still so?  Good accounts?  Thanks.
They sure don't give out much info
on their website regarding job requirements, etc.  They are not hiring right now but your job sounds so good.  Do you get paid for spaces? Right now I am at a company that only does consultation letters and I bet I spend 5-10 minutes PER report looking up doctor's addresses for the carbon copies. There are very few ESLs and the dictation if fairly good and the owner is terrific to work for, but I cannot make a decent living.  The major issue that holds me back is I only have dialup internet and so many companies require high speed.   Thanks.
Can anyone give me some info on --sm

MD-IT?  I guess I am not sure how to search the archives for any information. Rate of pay would be good, platform, etc.  This one is in Kentucky.

TIA

Can someone give me info about MDI....sm

What kinds of work types do they have, what is their usual starting line rate, is there plenty of work, etc.

Can anyone give info on OSI?
Are they a good company to work for?  Good benefits?  Enough work?  Any comments would be appreciated.  Thank you.
Can anybody give me info on JLG
How are they like to work for, do they have work, do they do VR and what is their platform?  I have been considering applying there, but just cannot seem to find any good MT companies to work for nowadays.

Seeking recent info on Precyse Solutions.
I already know that they offshore...any other comments?
I don't work for them, but can give some info

I interviewed with them several months ago.  For level 3 acute care, I was offered 10 cpl for IC, 11 cpl over a certain number of lines per week.  For IC, line requirement was 1000 lines per week and seemed that they would be very flexible.  Use your own computer if IC.

I was also offered 8.5 cpl for employee status (with incentives depending on lines per hour worked).  I think they required 20 hours per week and have to keep an average of at least 150 lines per hour (it sounded like they had a time clock system).  They provide the computer if employee status.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice, especially the recruiter.  I turned the offer down due to reasons not relating to the company in particular.  They did tell me that they had a lot of ESL (the test consisted of all ESL), but I don't know if this would apply to ER.  Hope this helps.

Can anyone give me info on ExecuScribe?
Work volume, benefits, anything at all. Thanks!
Any MDI-FL employees that can give me some info? (sm)

Flexibility with schedules, insurance?? I know they have benefits and insurance but wondered if insurance was good. Just overall opinions on satisfaction or dissatisfaction would be appreciated.  TIA.

Is there anyone that can give any info on DSG. I am looking at applying there and would like some
info. Thanks.
Is there anyone that can give any info on DSG. I am looking at applying there and would like some
info.   Someone had posted they felt it was hard to get lines there.  Would appreciate any input you might have before I make this move.
I see Precyse is hiring for new accounts. Would appreciate recent info on this company. (sm)
most of what I have found is pretty old.  Are the current employes squelched when it comes to giving out information regarding the company or are they just so busy they don't have time to mess around on the boards?   E-mail if you are concerned about being flamed or don't want to post for whatever reason.  TIA.
Info on Columbus MQ and DEP platform...anything you can give me.

Current employees can you give me info? sm
Considering sending WebMedX my resume.  How are they?  Pros, cons, no bashers please.
Can anyone give info on Sten-Tel? Good or bad? Thanks.

Merry Christmas all!

But I thought MT Stars does not give that info out- how could they get it?

Can anyone give me info on TRANSCEND OR STEN-TEL?
I have received offers from both, the same cpl offered, but I would be happy to hear what any employees have to say about them.  Thx!
Can anyone give my any info on Med-Scribe in Florida?
They have called me back about a position on an ER account. I was wondering if anyone has worked for this company and could share the positives and negatives about them. Any info is greatly appreciated!
Anyone who works at eMTS willing to give some info?
I am interested in this place since their web site says they were affiliated with MRC.  I worked for MRC for years and loved it, then it became the Q and I finally left there recently after over 15 years.  Am looking for a company that would be a good fit for me, wondering if this might be a possibility?  If you would rather email that would be fine too.  I am interested in how many hours/lines is required for FT, if they hire PT at all, what do they mean by flexible schedule is it REALLY flexible?  And what kind of production incentives do they offer?  Also, what platform do they use and how is that as far as user friendly, etc.?  I have worked on DQS and EXTEXT recently, any comparison?  Any info would be appreciated, positives/negatives/etc.  Thanks!
No thanks. Dont want to give this much control/info
that you don't know about.  What kind of software/spyware/trackers are also put on your PC with something like this?  No thanks.
Can anyone give any updated info on Amphion? sm

Unexpectedly this morning, I received a recruiting email from them.  I have sort of been going over some of the companies and comtemplating making a change.  I have 5+ years in my current company, and the only real thing I am looking to change is: (1) Better pay by the line; (2) Getting my weekends and holidays back to spend with my family.  I currently work EVERY Saturday.  Don't really mind it, but would like to be able to make plans and perhaps rotating weekends would even be okay.

I was just wondering if anyone can give me any updated insight into this company. I did a search, but the threads are several months old, and was wondering perhaps if things were any different than those posts read.

I have a lot of experience in transcription, upwards of 16 years, with probably only half of that being in acute care.  Other important things to consider in my search is benefits.  The health insurance at my current company is very expensive.

Thanks for any input guys! I appreciate it.

Can anyone give me current info on SmartMed?

I want to know how flexible they are with their IC positions and how easy the platform is.  Do they really work IC or are they just employees without the benefits?
