About 8-9 months ago, I was getting ready to change companies. I was working for SPi at the time, so it's pretty self-explanatory why I was looking to get out! They paid me 9 cpl, but that did NOT include spaces, so it was really hard to get a decent line count every day. I was offered jobs with several different MTSO's, only to find out that they were only going to pay me 7-8 cpl with all of my experience. I FINALLY was offered a position on an extremely easy ER account for 9.5 cpl with spaces, so I jumped on it, and I'm still there today and am loving it. I plan on staying there for a long time because I know I will never make that anywhere else.
