OMG - 2 cents worth? You must have typed 1000 lines there - or lost $7.00 depending on your take.

And THEN I'd start making plans to get out of the industry altogether OR possibly keep it as a part-time/extra $ job.

People who WILLINGly let the industry continue to lower standards AND PAY/benes - *instead* of demanding what they are *worth* (or at least a semi-*fair* wage) are...
