This is a great post, very helpful. Puts things in perspective. I was just offered 8.1 cpl - at minimum lines typed (5000/wk), per year equals $21k ! I have been paid hourly plus incentive plus overtime for over 5 years, $45k plus per year. I know I type more than minimum lines required and always take overtime when offered - I just hope the amount of work I need is available to me wherever I am hired.
