I also started 25 years ago; however, you must walk in one's shoes to know their experience. Some MTs have had very bad experiences and this board, sometimes, is an outlet for them.

Not everyone whines......Maggie. I for one, hardly every complain or whine as you put it.

I have found the perfect fit, as you have, in this business, and I wish the same for every other MT.
