that isn't how our world works. That is too pollyanna. The almighty dollar is more important than quality. The quality of Indian transcription is horrible, and they aren't paid what we are. They are paid much less, hence more quantity, less overhead for company, more money for bosses...It just isn't as simple as *if we do better they won't leave*. It is money, money, money.
