Yes, as a matter of fact, I am working on a hospital account right now (a speech recognition account on the eScription platform) that was first outsourced to a company (I believe it was Focus Infomatics) and now it is with American MTs again. The hospital was very unhappy with the quality and put their work back in the hands of an all-American group. This account is a very picky client and wants all acronyms expanded throughout, so I would imagine that that was probably cause for even more possibilities for errors in giving wrong expansions all through the documents. This account has been with us for over 3 years now, so I guess we are doing their work justice. I love working on it and am glad they care so much about quality. I wish everyone did, at least for patient care quality and integrity, if nothing else.
