If you don't want to work weekends, why don't you find another way to make a living? Unfortunately, medical transcription is a 24/7 job that must be done regardless of weekends or holidays. What makes you think that you should have weekends off while the rest of us pick up your slack? Your post sounds more like a child having a tantrum than a working adult.
