get incentive pay on the days you go over 1200 lines aday. So if you are smart you would work longer more productive days and skip the 6 day week if that's what you have been doing. It says OT is over 39 hours and has to be preapproved by supervisor. This way you don't get burnt out, just work your 5 days and make your incentive pay that way. At least that is what I am thinking,if at all possible. Who knows howmuch work there will be when this goes into effect?
