havework for 40 hours. Not sit there waiting for it. With my old job the MTs had to show up in house, when the work ran out you weren't allowed to leave, you had to sit in house while they assigned jobs to the seniority people over and over. I used to sit for 3-4 hours making NOTHING. So schedule all you want, but when they are out of people on the weekend (the packet doesn't address when you can work SCHEDULED, only says it has to be approved by the manager) I will already have done my 39 and will say NO THANKS. At least now if I wrap it up early and have some time on the weekend, who benefits?? THEY DO. Not anymore.
