make it short. Nutshell tier 1 MT base makes 5 to 8 cents and does ER, clinic and progress notes, letters and addendums. Tier 2 does all those and discharges, H&P, consults, or a single specialty such as cardiology. MT makes 6 to 9 cents. Tier 3 does all those plus ops and procedures, MT makes 7 to 10 cents. Pathology MT makes 10 to 13 cents, radiology MT makes .95 to 1.35 per report. ME rates differ, don't ask me for those. I feel like i am working...

Alltype's demos a little more complicated than that...

You sure do sound like management..as far as the working their way up part a good part of Alltype's MTs are in India so that is either one farflung corporate ladder or you are sadly misinformed which would make you a good candidate for Alltype management.
