I won't let that happen.  I think there are more bad ones that good ones, but that's why you have to grab onto the good ones when you find them!  They're rare! 

In the situation I experienced with this particular company, though, I don't think what happened to me could be a good fit for anyone unless they love abuse and broken promises.
