I know that has to be a big issue with some of the experienced people from the BIG ONE. I know if I edit a two-page report and there are over 80 errors, grossly critical errors, that somebody somewhere wasn't giving feedback. Unfortunately we don't have the staff to try and mentor these people and turn them around.
