I have one new grad who aced the online test and has done a beautiful job. She had a rocky first couple of weeks but not NEAR as bad as some of the experienced people. In fact, she got her first raise after only six weeks!! I have another who has only been transcribing for two years and she is awesome! She does every work type and the hardest of the doctors.
