It IS a generalization...

I am fairly young (30) and I sew very well. I also cook and bake and all other kinds of homey stuff. I do not sew often because I do not enjoy it, but I am more than capable of sewing if I need to. In college, when I ran for rodeo queen, I made all of my fancy shirts because they are SO expensive to buy and I was only entering to win a scholarship. I think that I know as many older women (my mother's age) as young that cannot sew.

Don't group all girls in that same generalization.
It is not fair. My DD as well as my nieces are all really good girls. I am not fooling myself. One niece is getting ready to leave for Liberty College becuase she wanted to attend a christian college. None of the girls dress unappropriately. They are all very good students and all but one are active in youth groups. The one that isn't has a job so that she can help out with her soon to be large college bill. Not all girls are out hunting down guys.
